Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The purpose of this role is to safeguard IT investments through promotion of quality achievement and performance improvement throughout IT organisation.

This role involves promoting continuous process improvements, developing and implementing quality management, performance strategies.

Requirements

This is a fantastic role for a dynamic individual to hit the ground running in this newly created role.

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in management and implementation of industry Quality Management (e.g. ITIL, CoBit) and Performance Management (e.g. balanced score card) frameworks.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience in Information Technology
• Broad knowledge of a wide array of IT activities and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
• Excellent English language documentation skills.

Preferred:
• A minimum of three years in an IT Quality Management role.
• Experience getting an IT department certified in CMMI, ISO or similar recognized quality management framework.
• Experience in a Performance Management computer system

(Experience of Quality management frameworks such as ITIL, CoBit is preferred. SQA preferred as well)
