Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Accomplish sales targets set at annual, quarter and monthly levels.
- Understand the company's products and services offerings.
- Identify top prospects in the territory to meet sales objectives.
- Create sales strategy for identifying and pursuing opportunities that map to the service catalog of Attinad.
- Identify business needs of customer and prospects, and map them to Attinad offerings.
- Qualify opportunities and pass them on to pre-sales and sales support functions appropriately.
- Diligently and regularly update Sales Management tool with activities and opportunities.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

The right candidate will have:
- Self-motivation, persistence and resilience
- Positive friendly personality, assertive
- A highly professional approach to sales and developing the assigned territory
- Work experience of at least 5 years, with minimum of last three years in the UAE market, selling to large government and privately owned companies
- B.Tech with MBA preferred
