Charterhouse is working with a leading financial services company headquartered in Manama. Our client is looking to hire an IT Security Officer to join their business.

You will be responsible for contributing to the design of network infrastructure using best practices for security in relation to networking and firewalls. You will also participate in the design of LAN / WAN infrastructure utilising industry best practice and system integration of several platforms.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree in computer / information sciences with at least 2 years experience in information security. You should have a strong working knowledge of networking technologies and current Microsoft operating systems. You should also be familiar with IT security auditing and international security standard in particular ISO27001. Ideally, you should be a certified information systems security professional and hold a certification in CEH V7. Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role.
