IT Security Specialist

Job description / Role

The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the IT Security Function within the Petrochemicals industry. My client is looking to recruit a IT Security Specialist.

The incumbent will have the responsibility in assisting the Head of IT Security in managing and maintaining the current frameworks for the security aspect of the business. The individual will need to assess the current security processes in place and ensure the business is at 100% security levels.

The requirements are as follows:

* Bachelors degree in IT or Computer Engineering
* Min 5 years experience within IT Security within Petrochemicals
* CISA/ CISM/ CISSP qualifications are a MUST (one of the previous is ok)
* Strong IT security knowledge within Petrochemicals is a MUST
* Excellent communication skills
* Good analytical mind set
* Arabic would be advantageous
