Employment: Full Time

One of my clients is looking for an IT Sales Specialist- Banking Sector- end to end IT Solutions, to join their team in Qatar.

Essential Job Functions
• Holds overall responsibility for Client Relationship at the company's senior/executive management level.
• Keep a track of customer trends, market fluctuations, and changes in business practices/ technology.
• Leads the strategic direction of the account by establishing and articulating account growth and client satisfaction goals in relation to client expectations.
• Manages customer relationship. Serves as the single point of contact for customer.
• Provides industry expertise and client business acumen.
• Focuses on account expansion and revenue generation. Involves sales support for penetration of specific deals. Formulates and executes business development strategies. May direct major proposal activities as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 15+ years of experience out of which atleast 7-10 years should be covering the Banking industry
• Knowledge of current and upcoming technologies / Solutions and trend in Banking space.

Other Qualifications

• Strong communication skills needed to interface with high-level customer representatives
• Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients
• Ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution
