Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Manage/Administer application(s) related to Service Desk system Technical writer, develop IT policies and procedures Professional documentation writing skills ITIL standards implementation and monitoring Create/monitor service desk SLA's with customers Solid skills in building knowledge management.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years experience working in the IT support role. Prior experience working in a MNC environment is an advantage. Arabic knowledge would be beneficial.
