A highly successful IT systems provider is currently looking to hire an efficient and professional Support Analyst to be responsible for the daily management of customer support and software maintenance. Autoline product experience is an essential requirement for candidates wishing to apply for this role.
Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have two years similar work experience along with trouble shooting and analytical skills.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to the ever changing requirements of the role are key requirements
It is essential that candidates possess automotive industry experience. Please note that travel will be part of this role.
