Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Ensure IT functions are available to all Omran staff.
- Assist staff in overcoming daily IT issues.
- To setup and troubleshoot phones, new computer systems, printers and scanners.
- Maintaining system inventory and software library.
- Setup new users accounts and Smartphone devices.
- Windows and other software installations.
- Maintain Access and Attendance systems.
- Support Projects IT infrastructure.
- Support All Omran Hospitality properties.

Requirements

- Omani National, fluent in English and Arabic.
- Diploma in related field IT with the minimum of 3 years of Experience.
- Technical Support.
- ICT Core Functionalities.
- Provide IT support to all Omran staff.
- Perform routine functionalities of IT Department.
