The Role


The Role


• Must have experience & maintain and repair computer systems, handheld computers, printers, etc.
• Support IT operations activities associated with sales automation system.
• Resolve techno-functional issues.
• Perform hands-on fixes including installing and upgrading software/ hardware and configuring systems.
• Ensures users are provided professional and timely IT support and service.
• Conduct users training.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Technically competent in Windows platform, DBMS, hardware and LAN environment.
• Good understanding of sales and hand held computers processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• 2 to 3 year work experience in managing and troubleshooting applications and hand held computer systems.
- Relevant IT certifications will be preferred.
- Good command of English language (Written & Spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
