The Role


The Role


You will manage the implementation and operation of Service Desk; manage the Budget and Operation plan in the support areas. You will create and mange SLA with internal users, managing users expectations in terms of IT services and reporting.

You will work on integrating the existing system with newly acquired systems, improve and streamline existing and new processes, providing feedback to IT management team to identify areas of improvement. You will manage the systems availability and related KPIs, being a focal point for support issues within the IT Department.

You will interact with multiple business and technical resources to finalize the requirements for OF& M systems, manage the RFP process and implementation for Support systems. You are required to establish support strategy and policies across all IT disciplines, in addition to following up on IT projects and general PM.

You will have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, plus 10 years of IT experience, minimum 3 years in the Support Management in a Telecom environment. Your analytical and problem solving skills, PM skills, vendor or operator experience is required.
