The RoleThe RoleYou will manage the support team, including the desk top support and application support, managing the implementation and operation of the Service Desk, managing budget and operation plan in the support areas. You will create and manage SLA with internal user., managing users expectations in terms of IT services and reporting. You will integrate the existing system with newly acquired systems, streamline and improve existing and new processes. You will provide feedback to IT management team to identify area of improvement, manage the systems availability & related KPIs, act as focal point for support issues within the IT department. Your interaction with multiple business and technical resources to finalize the requirements for OF&M systems, managing the RFP process and implementation for Support systems, managing the implementation process with users, vendor and integrators in addition to your support strategy and policies across all IT disciplines. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will have a university Degree in Management Information Systems, in addition to professional certificates such as Support, PMP, ITSM, ITIL, eTOM (desired), with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Support management in a telecom environment out of 10 years of IT experience. Plus PM skills are a must, vendor or operator experience |
