Job description / Role
Our client, a leading company based in Qatar, is looking to hire an IT Support Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis.
As part of this role you will assist in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure. You will also provide leadership and mentoring for the IT Support team. In addition you will develop and implement the annual budget. You will be responsible for overseeing all helpdesk activities at the corporate level as well as prepare and maintain a disaster recovery plan.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years experience as an IT Manager of a large organisation, preferably in an automotive industry. You should also have experience of firewall and spam filter as well as email systems. It is essential you have knowledge of all modules of the Kerridge Auto-line system along with IT networking systems.
