Job description / Role
Responsible for end user support; Trouble shooting both Hardware and Software; Preparation and installation of Client PCs and Printers and related Hardware equipment for end-users; Periodical data back-ups; Assisting Systems Administrator on network related issues; Attending all levels of user calls from Helpdesk.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking.
Professional qualification in PC trouble shooting.
At least three (3) years of recent hardware, software & networking support.
Knowledge of Networking.
Knowledge of Database concepts.
