The Role

IT System Architect (OSS/BSS/Mediation) - Immediate

Currently we are looking for IT System Architect for one of my prestigious client.
1. System Architect should assume technical accountability of owning the end-to-end BSS /OSS and BSCS architecture, leveraging strong experience in development of technical/solution design and how the service is delivered.
2. Responsible of understanding customer needs, and transforming business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions that can be delivered by the platform/system owners which includes coordination with domains architects while aligning with the Technology Architecture Governance Process to ensure the best technology.
3.Implemented/maintained to meet the business requirements and in an appropriate time-to-market conditions.
4. Defines, oversees, and maintains architectural integrity of the overall solution of a project or system i.e. assess impact of changes to overall solution architecture, and is accountable for completeness and feasibility of the end-to-end Technology.

Requirements

1. Wide array of experiences in the technology field and specifically in the Telecoms domain
2. Wide knowledge in network BSS/OSS domain, and knowledge of Enterprise/Telecom/IT architecture methods.
3. Creator and owner of high level and detailed technical solution design.
4. Deep knowledge of telco processes (customer management, fulfillment, service assurance, billing & collections, logistics, partners management,)
5. Deep knowledge of applications & platforms used in telco industry in the BSS domain (Order capture and management, Billing, CRM, selfcare, fraud management, Business Intelligence, payment systems, ERP, Activation, Inventory, Mediation, Monitoring, Portal, etc.). Experience in convergence (prepaid/postpaid, consumer/Enterprise, Mobile/fixed products).
6.Experience in the development and delivery of Telecom solutions with high level of complexity & integration using EAI to multiple back-end systems, network elements, and touch points.
7. Experience with standard protocols, technologies and concepts (J2EE, XML, Web services, Service Oriented Architecture, internet protocols, SQL, RDBMS, Corba)
8. Exposure to network technologies and protocols (Mobile, IP, 2G, 3G, wifi, wimax)
9. Exposure to Network protocols (ISUP, IMS, Osa/parlay, SS7, CAMEL, SMPP, Wap, SNMP).
