Job description / Role
Our Company, specialising in Automotive and Insurance related products and services, is looking to hire an IT Systems Analyst to be based in Dubai.
The position will be responsible for the development and delivery of IT solutions according to business needs as directed by corporate IT strategy. Liaises with stakeholders to provide technical consultancy & delivery of enterprise applications, system software and busines solutions across the organisation.
- Understand business processes and able to recognize and recommend customizations to meet / improve company's operations
- Perform systems and business analysis
- Set up and carry out timelines and deadlines necessary to complete the conversion efficiently and accurately
- Assist in ERP / DMS projects and coordinate with ERP / DMS Project Manager to ensure successful implementations
- Responsible for effective user support, training, troubleshooting and problem / issues resolution related to business applications
- Adopting/ studying/ recommending new technologies and tools for business operations
- Setting up policies and procedures for new operations and enhancing existing IT policies
- Support of organization wide concept systems as ERP solutions, Security systems, and Business management solutions
- Ability to travel to other Arab and foreign countries if required
Requirements
- Relevant bachelor degree, Electronics / Communication Engineering Qualification is preferred
- Solid and up to date IT technology background, systems integration, business analysis, business process improvement
- Excellent verbal and written English Communication, Arabic is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience in Microsoft office and MS Projects
- Electro-opto Identity solutions and video motion detection (VMD) experience is a plus
- Programming knowledge
- Good Knowledge of web technologies, IIS, Apache, PHP, MySQL
- Windows/Linux OS basic knowledge is a must
- Basic knowledge of Networking, communication mediums and protocols
- Minimum 5 years of progressive excellence in the IT field and in organizational wide concept systems as ERP solutions, business management solutions, sales and Financial solutions
- Hands on experience in Electronics Engineering, and systems integration
- Proven working experience in a dynamic environment, on own initiative or as part of a team
- Proven planning capabilities and following processes
- Gulf Experience is a plus
- Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus
