Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a large Oil and Gas company who are looking to hire an IT Technical Assistant who will serve as the primary administrative point of contact within the IT group.
Within this position you will be required to assist with budget, documents and contracts management as well as provide administrative support to IT management and technical staff. You will perform data collection and analysis with the ability to format this information into meaningful reports or presentations. You will also be responsible for maintaining the IT intranet site and assisting with the inventory tracking of all PCs and PC related software, including warranties on hardware.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelors degree. You should have a minimum of three years technical assistance in a major company along with background knowledge in IT. Experience in word processing, Visio and Mind Manager is highly desirable. In addition you should possess exceptional PowerPoint presentation skills and Excel data analysis skills.
