Tangent International are looking for IT Technical Support Engineers for a 2 year fix term rolling contract (permanent) to be based in Qatar. My client, who are a major global Telecoms company, are ready to hire Technical Engineers with experience in Cloud Computing/Cloud Storage & Network Security. You will be familiar with virtual products such as VMWare vSphere and Citrix Xenserver and familiar with server and storage manufactures like IBM & HP.
Duties:
1,Be responsible of cloud computing tech support of project deployment in vertical industry field.
2,Provide tech support to the sales dept,including service quotation,tech exchange,network design HLD/LLD.
Requirements
Requirements:
1, Successful candidates will have more than 3 years working experience with Bachelor's degree or more than 2yrs working experience with Master's degree in the SI of Network Designing, Project Deployment or Maintaince field.
2, Good skills of communication and team cooperation, Good sense of customer service, good appearance.
3, English - Be fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing. He who uses English as mother language is preferable.
