On behalf of our client a multinational law firm that is based in Abu Dhabi we are looking to recruit an IT Technical Support Specialist. Reporting to the IS Manager you will be responsible for providing local office users with technical assistance, advice and training in relation to the LAN/WAN and hardware/software environments.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of Abu Dhabi and have a degree in a IT related discipline, be proficient in providing user support and resolution of technical issues including basic training on both hardware and software issues, set up and configure IS and AV equipment and adhere to local and regional IS operational standards
