Job description / Role
Should know how to identify, analyze and resolve computer system and software malfunctions and procedural problems.
Can perform tasks such as installation diagnosis, repair software and hardware problem, upgrading and assembling computers. Network installation such as cabling, wiring, crimping, patching, hub, switch, router, peer to peer connection, land card, modem, tcp/ip and dial up
Formatting and Install Dual Operating System or Tripple Boot such as (Windows Xp SP3, Windows Vista Ultimate and Windows 7 Ultimate, Windows 8, Ubuntu) Laptop and Desktop.
Set up email accounts in Microsoft outlook for and back up Microsoft outlook PST files.
Remote Administrator setup and support, for monitoring the workstation.
Requirements
Knowledgeable in IP Addressing and subnetting
Knowledgeable in Active Directory
Proficient in Microsoft Operating System Win2000, WinXP, Win Vista, Win 7, Win 8 and Linux Ubuntu and Mint
Knowledgeable in Web designing
