IT & Telecom Engineer - System Solutions - OMASCO - Oman

Job Objective:
Telecom/PBX Engineer who can provide technical design and support to the Panasonic PBX sales, Installation and Integration which includes:

Job Responsibilities:
- Telecom/PBX Engineer who can provide technical support to Panasonic PBX sales environment which includes: Designing, Installation, maintenance and AMCs
- Patching, software and firmware updates and backups for all telecom/PBX systems
- Managing PBX projects and good relationship with the customers
- Track competitors and their strategies to improve the technical support to the Panasonic PBX systems
- After sales support to the service and installation team

Requirements

Skills & Experience:
- Sound Technical knowledge & minimum 5 years of relevant PBX/Project based experience
- Expertise in network protocol, switches and IP based/PBX solutions
- 5+ years of experience in Telecom with 3+ as a Project Engineer overseeing installations and maintenance. Experience in integration of voice systems and peripherals
- Experience and proven success in a technical support role. Excellent data and trend Analysis
- Gulf experience together with valid Omani driving licence preferred

Educational/Technical Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering/IT
- IP Networks & Services - Network Design, Architecture & Engineering
