Job description / Role
Maintain the e-channels and self-service platform availability and update
* Ensure that All Zain IVRs are offering a consistent experience for the customers
* Launch new features on the Self-care portal
* Periodically report to the management about the performance of the online self-service channels
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma
* Good knowledge of MS Office applications like Excel, Word etc.
* Excellent command of both written and verbal Arabic and English
