Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Assists in the supervision of the Company’s immigration activities. Includes receiving, reviewing applications for employee and contractor visas, work permits, and residence permits. Allocates and follows up on tasks with the Immigration and Passages Clerks and reports results to Supervisor. Manages load of allocated work according to volume and staff availability. Assists Clerks in clearing urgent and non-standard cases as instructed by Supervisor. Participates in the official investigation of irregularities and ensures maintenance of the necessary files and records. Monitors Government immigration regulations to maintain and update procedures."

Requirements

Completion of Secondary (12 years) education.

6 years' experience in similar documentation work with a good knowledge of local immigration laws and regulations.

Good coordination and planning skills.

Good written and spoken English.
