Employment: Full Time

POSITION PURPOSE
The Move One Relocation Consultant is the primary point of contact for the assignee during immigration service.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to all customers, assignees and/or vendors (i.e. lawyers) and manage expectations – always be proactive;
- Contacting the assignee and clearly explaining the service to be provided and any related procedures and time lines;
- Discussing and confirming service needs, interests and requirements with the assignee and establishing the “Service Key”;
- Maintaining consistent contact with the assignee throughout the service;
- Works closely with coordinator
- Providing clear and timely updates and service reports to any local Move One clients for whom they are providing services;
- Preparing necessary applications, forms and submission at the appropriate authorities in order to obtain permits and documents related to foreign worker’s legal stay in the location;
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and awareness local labor, immigration and administration law and procedures
- Provide excellent Customer Service to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Build long term relationships with all new customers, acting with integrity, building trust and credibility and ensure personal attention.
- Demonstrate product/service knowledge to customers while building credibility.
- Maintaining regular communications with the local immigration/labour authorities and remaining up to date on the immigration and labour regulations related to foreigners in their location; Reading regularly press and orders with information connected with immigration procedures. Updating manager on any changes in the related law;
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and lease agreements – when included in service delivery.
- Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Requirements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- University degree is preferred
- A minimum of two years service industry experience in a customer service role is essential
- Driving license is essential and own vehicle preferred
- Must have strong PC skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.
- Effective problem-solving and mediation skills.
- Inquisitiveness and eagerness to continuously develop self on destination city information
- Sophisticated manner (ability to relate to people, clients and staff, at all levels)
- Strong service inclination and customer orientation
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence (verbally and in writing)
- Excellent listening skills
- Time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
