Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Regional Senior Implementation Manager is responsible for the client relationship throughout the implementation process and is the single point of contact for the client during that phase. He/she is responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and value of the services and solutions are delivered to clients in a timely and efficient manner. He/she works closely with internal stakeholders such as Client Coverage (CIC), Channels Management, Sales, Product Management, Operations, CSG, Legal, Compliance etc to ensure the clients requirements are met and ensure a smooth client experience throughout the on boarding phase.

He/she could be involved in supporting the RFP process and actively engaged in solution design, participate in client workshop and presentations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Client Implementation
- Complete client implementation within the agreed timelines.
- Meet most of the key milestones agreed with the client
- Complete implementation within budget
- Achieve all the clients expected benefits
- Communicates implementation progress to Stakeholders

Sales Support
- Active engagement in solution design
- Participates to client meetings/workshops/Conference calls.
- Support RFP/RFI process

Channels Development
- Feedback to the Channels team client feedback and requests for enhancement.
- Support/ coordinate client testing

Channels Commercialization
- Participate to Channels roll out campaigns
- Participate to conversion campaigns
- Participate to utilization campaigns

Client servicing
- Respond to issues/requests escalated by TBSM
- Provide advice to the client post implementation

High impact role because:
- This is the first contact of most clients has with a Standard Chartered Bank employee.
- Delays in the implementation or poor training leads to loss of revenue.
- High team turnover impacts our delivery capabilities and consequently time to revenue and market reputation

Requirements

The candidate will have previous experience within the Transaction Banking area and preferably with experience of the Securities Services and Fund Management segments. It is also preferable that the candidate has experience of Cash Product implementations for the Investors and Intermediaries segment. The candidate will have at least two years experience of Client implementations by using industry standard project management methodology.

It is preferable that the candidate is educated to degree level.
