Employment: Full Time

Leading dynamic International Corporation requires the services of an In house Corporate Recruiter to be responsible for their junior hire recruitment programme within their key departmental support functions.

Working within a team of seven HR personnel, the purpose of this role is to determine recruitment needs, with business input, and deliver on these requirements in support of business growth, strategy and targets. To deliver a quality focused service to the business and develop innovative ways of sourcing candidates and monitor key performance to reduce both the time to hire and cost per hire.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with at least 1-2 years recruitment experience or a background in research within an agency environment with the knowledge and maturity to manage client relationships and act as an effective ambassador for the company. Ability to embrace change constantly and support colleagues through a complex process of change is vital. Must be able to work independently and under pressure whilst producing a first class experienced recruitment service.

Our client is looking for an individual, who wishes to move to an internal role, rather than be agency specific; will initially join the company to recruit junior staff, but who will embrace training and professional growth, in order to become more involved with the more senior hires within the business.
