Salary: AED 10000 – 12500
Edge Resourcing is searching for a Recruitment Co-Ordinator to join a high end luxury retailer, based in Dubai. Working in a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for partnering with a senior recruiter to work on a variety of tasks including sourcing, organising recruitment trips and attending recruitment days, and developing strong internal and external relationships with business stakeholders and candidates.
• By managing the registration and recruitment process, assist the Consultants to build and maintain an active candidate database to meet client requirements.
• Proactively manage the candidate database, ensuring that priority candidates are fast tracked and usage of cleared candidates is maximized.
• Provide assistance to the Consultants and provide them with candidate information.
• Responsible for ensuring all administrative elements of the registration and recruitment process are adhered to in line with Company standards and that ongoing maintenance activities for working candidates are actioned.
• Interviews assist in confirming candidate interview schedules and conducting your own candidate interviews in order to assess candidate eligibility.
• Developing strong relationships with Retail Managers. Understanding their requirements and actioning the recruitment process.
• Arranging and attending recruitment events.
Requirements
• An excellent communicator, you will genuinely enjoy talking to people, you will be confident and articulate and able to connect with people at all levels.
• A strong background in a fast paced recruitment agency is ideal.
• You will be determined and self motivated, possessing a positive attitude and the drive to succeed.
• The ability to multi task and to work under pressure is essential in the post holder.
