Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Establish CVs database for all needed positions in Carrefour.
- Receive the manpower needs of the countries & start searching & building CVs database according to the required positions.
- Handles newspaper advertisements, when needed, with obtaining the approval of the INTL HR.
- Screen & shortlist CVs as per the job requirements.
- Arrange & conduct interviews, providing a full Summary Report about selected candidates.
- Coordinate with commercial managers at the store for technical interview.
- Send the selected candidates list & evaluation to the recruiting country.
- Handle the joining formalities for the selected candidates (i.e. contract, passport copy, certificates, photos.. etc. ) and send them to the recruiting country.
- Follow up with the recruiting country on visas status, air tickets and provide them to the candidates.
- Follow up with the recruiting country to get confirmation once the candidates have joined.
- For any complications during the process, report it directly to the INTHR to seek solution.
- Send Summary Reports about the status of recruitment to INTL HR.
- Communicate with Labor offices to search candidates.
- Implement & follow up Induction training for the selected candidates.
- Conduct Induction training to the new joiners.
- Make a summary report about New Joiners training and send it to INTL HR & the recruiting countries.
- Support the internal transfers.
- Attend job fairs & conduct career day within educational institutions.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills is English and Arabic
Negotiation and problem solving skills
Active Listener the ability to give good judgment as well as a decision making
Customer service oriented
Excellent PC skills
Should be aware of the laws, and regulation of all countries
