Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Post job advertisements and source new applicants
- Interview candidates and shortlist for property consultants, administration and line managers
- Network off-site for new applicants
- Working alongside the HR department to prepare contracts and offer letters

KPI's:
- Shortlist 6 candidates per week to be 2nd interviewed by respective line managers
- Weekly report of applicants, status, sourcing methods, with feedback

Ongoing:
- Prepare a cycle from offer to start date to ensure brand awareness, company culture, expectations etc. To include a brief of what they can start preparing and working on prior to start date.
- Prepare a generic interview process with aptitude test
- Create ERE information material for candidates to take away post interview

Requirements

Previous recruitment or HR experience preferred, previous Real Estate experience a bonus.

Part -time with flexi hours, 5 hours daily. Can work around school hours. Labour card provided.

Western Educated applicants only.
