The RoleThe RoleCharterhouse Partnership is working with a leading private investment organisation that is currently expanding within the Abu Dhabi market. They are looking to grow and develop their business model further by starting up a new subsidiary within the architectural market. The company is currently recruiting an Arabic speaking In House Recruitment Officer to join their small but rapidly expanding team. You will be heavily involved in implementing policies and procedures as well as dealing with recruitment and employee relations. |
RequirementsRequirementsThree to five years experience in the architecture and planning industry is an essential requirement for this role. You should also have experience recruiting in the Abu Dhabi market and have ideally worked on private recruitment for example dealing with private positions for a CEO. You should have the ability to map and search for candidates as well as establish relationships, review terms of business and carry out reference checks. Our client is looking for a bilingual candidate who has the ability to speak fluent Arabic and English. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful recruitment placements. You should be a self starter, detail orientated, resourceful and possess a level of perseverance. Only candidates with previous experience in the architectural and planning industry will be considered for this role. |
