Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

POSITION PURPOSE:
- As Move One continues to grow locally and globally, the Recruitment Specialist will support all divisions of Move One with their personnel needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / FUNCTIONS TASKS:
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify and select appropriate talent.
- Create job descriptions.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Utilize the Internet (including social networking sites) for recruitment Create contacts within industry. Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
- Coordinate college recruiting initiatives.
- Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
- Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters and offer packages.
- Assisting with orientating and organizing the training of new employees.
- Maintain an updated roster of participant placements and potential job opportunities.
- Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
- Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market overall and also for multinationals.
- Work closely with assigned business HRMs to deliver recruitment needs.
- Suggest proper media for approaching the right caliber candidates.
- Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels.
- Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for Senior level posts & supports all parties in concern with assessment.
- Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.
- Supervise & interact closely with different teams as well as continuous follow up with on boarding. Support HRMs with weekly update on recruitment progress.
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
- Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- University Degree / Qualification Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Human Resources an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience.
- Preferably, Male candidate.
- Arabic speaker is an advantage.
- Willing to travel within GCC, Central Asia, Iraq and Afghanistan region.
