In-Store Sales Person - KADI Flowers

Job description / Role

As the Shop Sales Executive, you are responsible the day to day sales activities, you will manage the shop focusing on driving sales, executing promotions developed by the operations manager, and working with vendors to provide quality, high standard floral arrangements to the customers.

Your role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Customer service, sales, & processing orders
- Handle Telephone orders, and coordinate the same with other departments, vendors, and shippers as appropriate
- Assist walk in customers with their queries, upsell, and make recommendations when required
- Track and expedite purchase orders, shipping errors and invoices
- Track floral inventory, making physical checks of product in the warehouse as needed
- Generate daily sales report, and Track floral inventory, making physical checks of product in the warehouse as needed
- Provides general support to the floral and produce department as required, including other clerical duties such as filing, mailings, and other projects, as assigned.

Requirements

- Preferably have a vocational training as a Florist with previous experiences in a similar role.
- Good command of English along with good interpersonal ability is essential.
