In house Recruiter - Construction - UAE
Our client is seeking an in house recruiter with corporate experience within the construction industry, to join their fast growing international organization. The successful candidate must be able to travel and have a track record in closing senior positions.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening and identifying top talent within the construction industry
- Managing recruitment cycle from start to completion
- Hands on recruitment for senior roles involving headhunting, market mapping and social networking
- Local and Global recruitment
- Traveling and managing recruitment campaigns
- Performing HR generalist duties
Requirements
- Western education
- Minimum of 8 years experience within construction recruitment, preferably with main contractors
- Corporate recruitment experience
- Experience in closing senior positions
