Title: HR Recruitment/In house Recruiter
Salary: 5,000 AED – 8,000 AED Plus commission
Location: Dubai
My client a large remanufacturing company based in Dubai are looking for a HR Recruiter to join there HR department.
You must come from a recruiting background and be able to work in a face paced environment, the company are looking to build many teams so you will be dealing with a high level of candidates.
Requirements
You will look into direct channels of recruitment, including personal networking, database mining, and employee and alliance partner referrals as well as via business networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn etc). Where applicable, engage external recruitment companies.
