- Assist the Inhouse Recruitment team with finding the right candidates for the business.
- Look after a portion of open job vacancies with the business and use various tools to advertise and find the right people.
- Write Job Descriptions
- Advertise roles
- CV search
- Telephone Interview candidates
- Schedule face to face interviews
Requirements
- Recruitment experience is a MUST
- Excellent English written and verbal
- Strong willed and determined
- Already inhouse or in agency recruitment looking to move inhouse
- Good attitude
- Motivated, hard worker
- Happy to work in a busy environment
