Job Purpose:

The main purpose of this position is to administer, analyze and set up Retail Sales Incentives programs in BARS, support and mentor Financial Shared Services (FSS) in processing Dealers incentive claims; and provide support for management decisions related to sales allowance spending.

Individual will closely work with sales fleet organization to provide status of claims or request additional data needed to process claims. Provide inputs and support for sales allowance programs and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for this position are broken down as follows:

Local (applicable to the Middle East Operations only), Regional and Global Local (100%)

Support FSS analysts and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs, coach the team with any new program guidelines and oversee the performance of claims processing
Set up regular communications with the FSS team to discuss operational items as well as train them on the new programs.
Set up of Automatic Retail Sales Incentive in BARS.
Run daily pending and rejection report and correct rules.
Reconcile RSI Statement of Account send by the Dealers.
Ensure timely processing of Coop Claims by FSS team and as per the Coop Guidelines and manage communications with the SBM and Dealers queries.
Sending dealer statement of account on a monthly basis.
Follow up and communicate with Dealers regarding unpaid incentives.
Supervise FSSC team and ensure monthly Statements of Accounts reconciliations are completed in a timely manner with feedback provided to Dealers thus reducing pending claims.
Assist in guiding Dealers in improving claims submission and related internal processes.
Work with Fleet Development Manager/Sales Business Manager to resolve pending issues.
The key aspect of the position is to work closely with all areas: sales, customer service, accounting, internal/external Auditors, Dealers and FSS team to ensure compliance, accurate accounting and timely claims processing. This is a crucial position, which has a significant financial impact on the business as well as customer service.
Other tasks as deemed appropriate to accomplish the job requirements.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience:
5 + years of work experience in an accounting function/ financial audit experience.
Company experience: 3+ years in Multinational Company.
Knowledge of financial controls: PRM and SOX principles.

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA in Financial Management will be a plus.

Skills:
Excellent Analytical Skills.
Fluent in both oral and written English is a must, Arabic is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in business communication: memos, business cases, formal letters, reports.
Ability to work efficiently and lead the Incentive Claims activities under minimum supervision.
Fast learner and be able to adapt to change.
Ability to verify accuracy of financial and numerical data and follow-up/ resolve issues of inaccuracy and/or discrepancy.
Demonstrates qualities (e.g., ethics, integrity, expertise) that establish credibility with all internal and external customers
Preferred: Proficient in SAP and BARS
Preferred: Understanding of GMs management, legal, and segment organizational structures and how they are consolidated.
Preferred: Understanding of GMs chart of accounts, and how they impact the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
