On behalf of our client a leading regional legal firm based in Abu Dhabi we are looking to recruit an Indian Female Legal Secretary. Reporting to the HR and Office Admin Manager you will be responsible for providing personal administration and support to the management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties including receiving and handling confidential information, daily management of online diaries, booking appointments and arranging meetings with appropriate documentation, handle and screen calls for lawyers in a timely manner, type and review legal documents drafted by lawyers including offers, memorandums, advices and legal opinions and assist with the organisation of the company's events, seminars, conferences and dinners.

The successful candidate must be degree educated to Bachelors level, have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, experience with a professional services firm, proficient use of MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, a typing speed of 55WPM and the ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
