Job description / Role
The Global Healthcare Industry Expert/Consultant will be primarily responsible for identifying, analyzing and proposing consultative opportunities to clients worldwide. This will include evaluating client’s business and operational issues, and proposing and conducting optimized consulting. Consulting disciplines to include Process Innovation, IT Strategy, and IT Operations (Strategic/Organizational/Process).
Research and identify new consulting opportunities that address client’s
pain points. Have access to client information and pain points by establishing and maintaining vast resource network.
Build and execute on strategy to penetrate target clients, leveraging company’s executives, regional business units, existing partners, and other resources.
Prioritize consulting opportunities based on continuous monitoring of client
performance and strategic changes.
Prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals in an aggressive time frame
Lead and/or support organic growth of colleagues in Healthcare domain
Contribute to the knowledge base of of the company by making timely contribution of digital assets in terms of Market Trends, White Papers, Industry or Domain
Specific knowledge registration.
Direct and manage the overall and day-to-day business execution of client projects to ensure quality work products, solutions and deliverable's.
Requirements
15yrs plus working experiences and Degree or higher in Healthcare ideally
Positive way of thinking, Cooperative mind with willing to dedicate & sacrifice oneself to achieve the goals
Fluency in English is required. Arabic Speakers are preferred
Ability to have holistic view of client’s business processes, needs and solution
