Job description / Role
The Industry Expert will be primarily responsible for providing specific Smart Town solutions as our Subject Matter Expert (SME) for construction industry. Responsible for analyzing, designing, and presenting insight on how to achieve a client's strategic vision or take advantage of specific opportunities. Also, responsible for delivering regular top management presentations on construction vertical industry in order to generate the insight of local market with HQ and shaping our value proposition into the middle east market. Resources must be sales oriented and able to identify customer’s hidden opportunities and formulate solutions. This will include evaluating client’s business and operational issues, and proposing and conducting optimized consulting. The candidates must have working experiences in construction vertical operation or consulting near companies such as construction Business outsourced software companies.
Requirements
Identify new business opportunities that will address client’s pain points and lead the client with consultative sales skill with expert knowledge on Construction Industry.
Implement Marketing & Business Development technologies which support to execute the strategy to penetrate target clients, leveraging
company’s executives, regional business units, existing partners, and other
resources.
Research strong players in the market and SWOT analysis on finding our focused strategy to maximize our value proposition based on continuous monitoring of client and strategic trend changes.
Conducting industry and client research and analysis to identify new value sources which will contribute towards key product planning
20+ years experience
English and Arabic speakers preferred
Must hold degree level education as a minimum
