A reputed specialised Customer Service Agency is currently looking to recruit an Information System Manager

The Information System Manager is overall responsible for the technical reporting and data operation processes. The tasks include researching, designing, implementing, and testing software solutions. The candidate will be part in design, computer programming, or software project management.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing current systems & evaluating the functionality of systems
Conception of system architecture
- Testing and modifying systems to ensure that that they operate reliably before going live
- Consulting computer users to ascertain needs and to ensure that facilities meet user or project requirements
- Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes
- Ensuring adherence with software licensing laws
Implementing and managing security or integrity and backup procedures
- Keeping up-to-date with new technology & upgrades scheduling
- Designing maintenance procedures and putting them into operation
- Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
- Working closely with analysts, designers and staff
- Maintaining the systems once they are up and running

Requirements

- 7+ years of professional data-related experience
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
- Must have at least 5 years experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market
- Data Management experience mandatory
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization and Web Reporting mandatory
- Experience with more than one programming language (HTML, SQL, C#, C++, etc) mandatory
- Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, and/or Portfolio Management a plus
- Must be able to focus broadly at the companys level, across many projects and initiatives
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work well under stress
- Must work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Business understanding is a plus
