The Role


The Role


Ensures quality control of the information submitted and provides and ensures effective risk management of changes implemented into the production environment through liaison with appropriate business and technical areas.

Responsibilities include:

•Supporting the Change Manager in the management of the process
•Ensuring the change as described addresses the stated business requirement
•Ensuring the change details on Assist are relevant and complete
•Ensuring any dependent changes are authorised and scheduled appropriately
•Ensure back out plans exist
•Ensure all testing completed successfully
•Ensure production acceptance criteria met
•Assigns changes to appropriate area
•Co-ordinates change approvals – liaising between Approvers and initiators
•Co-ordinates post implementation reviews
•Closing change records on completion
•Provides help and guidance with the Change Management process
•Maintains the change daily status report
•Produces and circulates change management reports and analysis

Requirements


Requirements


•Very Good English skills.
•Bachelor degree in Information Technology.
•One to two years working experience with Information Technology department.
•Male or Female.
•High levels of motivation
•Creative thinking
•The ability to work well in teams
