The RoleThe RoleJob Purpose: Develop and implement IT plan for the company to support the organization’s objectives and operations while ensuring that appropriate IT solutions and infra structure are installed, maintained, supported and protected in an efficient and effective manner. Responsibilities: -Ensure the budget adherence for IT. -Identify opportunities to reduce cost through in-house development. -Provide professional advice and support to all levels of the business on the full range of IT issues to ensure that the IT capabilities of the business are optimized. -Identify opportunities for serving other functions using IT software and hardware solutions. -Train other functions’ personnel on IT software and efficient usage of the same. -Ensure IT architecture and standards are developed and implemented in line with the highest quality standards. -Ensure effective and robust control and make sure that security systems are implemented to safeguard and protect all operations and data integrity as well as the smooth functioning of the business. -Monitor and control IT operations so that it meets and exceeds the service level agreed upon with users and customers to relevant technical and security standards while remaining within budgeted cost. -Participate in facilitating and securing agreements with vendors by providing the best terms, conditions, and quality so that the organization gets best value for investment. -Lead the development of technological capabilities (enterprise IT systems ) which will enable IT to develop state-of-art IT solutions to meet business requirements. -Direct, motivate, and develop staff members ensuring that performance is managed, customer service values are emphasized and that activities are adequately carried out. -Monitor new developments in the field of IT and advise the business about appropriate, cost effective business IT solutions which could enhance or replace existing systems. |
RequirementsRequirements-Master ( Technical – Computer Science – Information Technology ). -PMP (Desirable). -Programming, Networking / IT Security. -At least 3 years of experience in programming – Development -At least 3 years of experience in Project Management -It least 2 years of experience in IT applications and network security. -Fluency in Arabic & English. -At least 10 years of experience in IT field. |
