Information Technology Service Desk Analyst
AED 15,000 per month plus benefits

Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE, is looking for an experienced Information Technology Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Dubai.

As an Information Technology Service Desk Analyst, you will need to provide an effective and professional IT support service to the company, staff and clients in accordance with the needs of business. In addition to this, you will need to ensure that all software and hardware issues are resolved, to provide first line and second line support for incident resolution, to maintain a record of all requests for assistance in the call logging system, to ensure all calls are responded to within a timely manner and to take ownership of user problems.

Requirements

In order to apply for this role, you must have a minimum of two years IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience within a corporate background, in addition to a strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, with an emphasis on Windows 7 experience in the provision of support for the Microsoft suite of applications (Office 2010). Experience in the support of PC's and peripherals is required and you must have knowledge of ITIL standards and an excellent telephone manner.
