Infrastructure Consulting Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a big 4 management consulting company, is seeking to employ an Infrastructure Manager who will be dealing with projects across the region.
Concurrently manage the design and implementation of one or more fiber optic networks.
Serve as the liaison between the IT infrastructure team, operational departments, and other IT teams.
Support current systems, programs, equipment to provide operational integrity, security, and disaster recovery support and maintenance.
Interface with internal and external customers in developing short term project plans to align with long-term goals and priorities of the organization
Communicate company changes, news worthy company events, and relevant IT-related information.
Maintain project activities while leading infrastructure hardware and software implementation projects.
Serve as escalation point for high-severity and business impacting issues.

Requirements

8-10 years experience in an IT Infrastructure Consulting role with 2 implementation project management experience in fiber optic networks or CCTVs.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
At least 2 years of consulting experience.
Strong written and communication skills.
Strong Presentation skills.
High degree of initiative, dependability and the ability to manage a team of consultants.
Ability to effectively communicate and deal with both internal and external customers.
