The RoleThe RoleMinimum Qualification: Degree with Min 15 years design and develop new products. Manage product development projects. Develop, validate, and recommend new materials for existing and new products. Assist fabrication lab operations on new processes. Assist tooling design department with mold designs. Job Profile (responsibilities): Development of new moulded parts. Providing technical support to internal and external customers. |
RequirementsRequirementsRequired Skills and Competencies: Must have the expert level of knowledge about: • Product and process development methodology. • Structural and scientific approach to R&D project, product development, qualification techniques and patent filing procedure. • Molded parts manufacturing processes including thin walled components produced at high speed, process condition setting, optimization and trouble shooting for the related areas. • Mold design and related techniques including material selection and product design by CAE, CAD/CAM. • Characterization of material properties including mechanical, rheological, structural, thermal, optical properties etc… • Molded parts compounding, additives, stabilizers, colorants, stabilizers modifiers etc…. • Long term performance evaluation and qualification of molded parts articles for various applications. |
