Employment: Full Time

My client a global logistics company are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join there team in Abu Dhabi.

Role & Responsibilities:
Working with the customer facing side of the business (Field Sales, Telesales, Business Development Managers) you will be responsible for the following:

* Preparing quotations and contracts including rate proposal and tenders.
* Supporting the customer contact by preparing customer documents.
* Provide customer information supporting the qualification of sales leads.
* Preparing sales reports including Sales Index, Revenue development, churn rates and hit rates.

Salary - up to 9K AED single status depending on experience.

Requirements

* Previous experience working in an Administration environment working within a sales team is essential.

* Logistics industry experience is preferred.

* Ability to work to deadlines and independently.

* 2-3 years experience.

* Excellent computer skills.
