Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Inside Sales generating new business leads for the assigned vendor products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and establish relationships across the Middle East for the SMB market
- Identify and qualify new accounts
- Proposing products and product upgrades
- Maintain all account and new business approaches and outcomes in the sales reporting software
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the vendor and channel partners
- Managing back office relationships related to fulfillment, renewals and incremental business
- Driving channel partner certification and accreditation
- Organize sales presentations and demonstrations
- Generate and distribute specific reports (including forecasts, pipeline reports) as required in alignment with the position.
- Sustaining smooth operations as per CL procedures & compliance criteria.
- Any other task deemed as necessary by the Sales Manager

Requirements

- 2-3 years Inside-Sales experience
- Preferably: Degree Educated

Computer Literate:
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Working Conditions:
Standard office conditions. Normal office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Sunday to Thursday, additional hours may be required (as is reasonable) to enable completion of duties
