Inside Sales

Job description / Role

• Internal prospecting of clients from the database, ensuring solid sales leads are correctly profiled to secure new business for the organization, and onpassed to Sales.
• As Sales System Super-user, maintain integrity of Sales visit data.
• Provide reports and data from the system as required by the Management
• Assist in product campaigns as directed by Sales Manager and ensure all data input in sales system as required.
• Prepare RFQs as required by Sales and as directed by sales manager
• Receive rate requests from Sales or customer direct and to assist the Sales person whenever necessary.
• Follow up quotes from the Operations and forward to the Client, in case the Sales person is unable to do so.
• Complete all duties as required by sales manager
• The Objectives which are laid out in the above documentation are not exhaustive and you will be required to act wholeheartedly in the interests of the company, as such you will be required to perform any reasonable duties or tasks of which the Management requests.

Requirements

University Qualifications: Graduate
Nature and length of previous experience: 3-5 years
This position will require identifying Customer needs and Opportunities for KN, bring them into KN to provide competitive pricing, additional solutions, and close new or x/up sell business
• Will be required to navigate internally to motivate the organization to work together to obtain business through local means and deliver the highest level of Customer Satisfaction.
Strong Communication Skills
• Very Strong Telephone Skills & Etiquette
