Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by Division staff.
- Ensure that all tasks and activities are performed in accordance with Industrial standards.
- Responsible for the safety, efficiency, productivity and overall performance of departmental activities.
- Ensure resource planning and allocation by understanding current and future business needs.
- Track and analyze Work Process measurements to drive improvements.
- Ensure that risk-based assessments utilize the latest proven technology and tools to optimize equipment inspection/testing schedule, intervals and procedures.
- Ensure corrosion data and metallurgical lab results are monitored and analyzed to recommend solutions.
- Provide asset-integrity expertise in process incident and equipment failure investigation, design changes, plant modifications, repair procedures and engineering packages to improve safety and reliability.
- Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
- Assess the level of skills of employees and identify the need for development programs.
- Motivate, coach, develop and support respective employees.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Mechanical)
- 10 years experience within a Petrochemical Plant or Refinery, predominantly in an Inspection Management position ideally.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates are required to have experience within:
- Rotating Machinery Reliability Management,
- Static Equipment Reliability Management
- Inspection Engineering, Field Inspection and RBI, Corrosion Engineering and Material Engineering
- Troubleshooting
- Strong Experience in integrity inspection, applicable codes & standards, Optimization of NDT, Inspection Planning and Emergency Handling Skills pertaining to Refineries & Petrochemical Plants
- An excellent Industrial Safety Record with a consistent focus on Safety
