RequirementsRequirementsBachelor of Mechanical Engineering 1. Minimum of 10 years experience in Refinery Inspection. 2. Prefer to have API 510/ API 653 / API 570 / CSWP Certification. 3. Good working experience in Refinery equipment inspection in accordance with API guidelines. Refinery equipment includes pressure vessels, heat exchangers, fire heaters, boilers and storage tanks. 4. Good exposure in conducting On Stream Inspection for Piping and Equipment and Corrosion Loops Development. Assessing results of OSI program and adjusting plans. 5. Previous knowledge in the preparation of major and small scale shutdowns and managing activities. 6. Good working experience and knowledge in the inspection of new project construction, setting ITP and review of pre-construction documents and drawings. 7. Good working experience in Coating and Cathodic Protection and Control. 8. Prefer to have previous working experience in various basic NDT methods such MT, DPT, RT and UT . Should be able to evaluate and interpret results of submitted test reports. 9. Prefer to have experience with Risk Based Inspection and fitness for service methodology in accordance with API. 10. Fluent in English Language (reading and writing), safety conscious, good leader, team player and strong engineering skills. |
