Job description / Role
We are looking for someone dynamic and energetic as they will work closely with Etisalat senior and middle management to deliver training/learning solutions, to enhance Etisalat frontline sales employees Services, Systems, and leadership/management skills and enhance its ability to change.
The candidate will be working with sales team and will be an experience professional with strong experience; in preparing professional education courses and instruction delivery.
Primary role of the will have the responsibility to structure, staff, plan, and execute a local specific training needs/ requirements for frontline, outsourced staff and Franchise in close cooperation with respective product managers. Assess staff (within his/ her Zone) knowledge and performance through Standardized assessments and collecting results from NPS ,Mystery shopper, VOC and TRI*M.
Bears responsibility for the planning, scheduling and organizing of training programs/ courses to meet field requirements.
Conducts training courses in compliance to the training & development policies, procedures and work practices. Develop a training strategy for Product, Services & Soft Skills Training.
Requirements
They will be entrusted to work independently and is expected to travel frequently; occasionally for extended periods.
